Today is my last day in Puerto Rico. It’s been an amazing trip and the food has brought me back to so many fond memories of my grandmother: fried plantains, arroz con pollo, salted cod.

It’s a dream come true to be able to be here and fully present for my sister’s 30th birthday and bachelorette party, while still being able to connect with community through our daily spaces and mail. This is the kind of life I’ve been designing for years and I’m grateful to have your support on this journey.

Alex shared with us the important of preparing for your course launch months (at least 3) ahead of time. When you do this, you are setting yourself up for a successful product that generates consistent revenue well after launch.

Some effective pre-launch marketing strategies for digital courses include:

1. Create a Sense of Urgency and Excitement: Generate interest and excitement through social media, email marketing, or content marketing to build anticipation for the course.

2. Build an Audience and Generate Leads: Use the pre-launch phase to reach out to potential customers methodically to build loyalty and increase the chances of acquiring new leads.

3. Run Ads and Social Media Outreach: Utilize ads and social media outreach to reach a wide audience and get them excited about the course[1].

4. Content Marketing Plan: Develop a content marketing plan that includes various channels to promote the online course, such as blog posts, social media campaigns, or email newsletters, to engage with potential customers before the launch.

5. Sales Funnel and Email Marketing: Create a high-converting sales funnel and coordinate email marketing to drive people to buy the course.

By implementing these strategies, course creators can effectively generate interest, build an audience, and increase the chances of a successful launch for their digital courses.
