I recently hit a HUGE milestone in my agency business: I extended two 3-month client contracts to an additional 6 months! I’ve heard it said by experts many times, it’s easier to retain clients than to find new ones… HOWEVER, this is only if the trust has been established.

We often focus on the marketing and sales part of business, but the true sales process starts AFTER the agreement has been made and the first invoice paid. Customer service that delights and project fulfillment that leaves the client excited for the next phase builds trust and credibility for future work.
