• Log into your ChatGPT account at chat.openai.com

✅ Step 2: Click on your name (bottom-left corner)

• Select “Customize ChatGPT” from the menu

✅ Step 3: Fill in the 2 key fields:

1. “What do you do?”
   Examples:

   • “I’m a mindset coach who writes daily emails to inspire my audience.”

   • “I run a local bakery and need help writing friendly, fun social media captions.”

2. “What traits should ChatGPT have?”
   Examples:

   • “Use a warm, encouraging tone. Keep it concise and use bullet points when possible.”

   • “Write in a professional yet playful voice, like a savvy small business owner.”

✅ Step 4: Save + Start Chatting!
