A few days ago, I was showing a group of founders how Skills work inside Manus. What surprised them wasn't the technology. It was how simple the technology actually is.

When you look behind the scenes of a Skill, what you'll find is a markdown document containing a set of instructions.

One process.

One repeatable outcome.

That's what makes this so exciting.

Think about your business or brand for a moment.

How many times do you:

Most founders repeat the same workflow over and over again.

The problem isn't the work.

Instead of selling your time, you're selling a repeatable system.

Instead of teaching the process repeatedly, you're distributing the process.

This is where I believe many founders will create entirely new revenue streams over the next few years.

Not by selling more information.

By selling systems.

You don't need to build an advanced AI agent this week.

You don't need to learn code.

You don't need to become an automation expert.

Start with one question:

What process do I repeat every week?

Document it.

Write the steps.

Turn it into a Skill.

Because the founders who win in the AI era won't be the ones creating the most content.

They'll be the ones building the most valuable systems.

And every system starts with a single set of instructions.

Your next digital product may already exist.

It's hiding inside the process you've repeated 100 times.
