Hello {{first_name | EduCreator}},
The vision for the EduCreator Community is to help people build valuable, profitable brands and businesses by sharing their knowledge and expertise. I started the AI for EduCreator newsletter 2 years ago as a way to show the community through high-value content how to use AI to supercharge your workflow, output, and creativity.
Today’s post is not about the tools. Let’s get back to the basics of identity.
As entrepreneurs and digital creators, we are constantly searching for the next strategy, the next hack, the next tool that will catapult us to success. We devour books, attend seminars, and follow leaders, all in the hope of finding that one missing piece of the puzzle.
But what if the ultimate formula for success was not hidden in a complex algorithm or an expensive mastermind, but in a simple, three-part framework that has existed for millennia?
This framework, as shared in a recent video by Myron Golden, is Be, Do, Have. It’s a concept that is as profound as it is practical, and it has the power to transform not just your business, but your entire life.
This is not about a get-rich-quick scheme; it is about a get-great-and-the-rest-will-follow philosophy. It is about becoming the best version of yourself, and in doing so, creating a life and business of abundance.

The "Be, Do, Have" Framework Explained

The Be, Do, Have framework is a five-fold command that God gave to humanity in the very first chapter of the Bible: "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it, and have dominion." This can be distilled into a simple success formula: Be, Do, Have.
Most people, however, get this formula backward. They focus on what they want to have, then they figure out what they need to do to get it, and they completely neglect the be part. But as Golden explains, “Being is the seed capital for doing.” You cannot do what you are not. You cannot have what you have not done.
“Our desire to have without the willingness to do is what creates criminals... But they don’t realize that just like doing is the seed capital for having, being is the seed capital for doing.”
The Three Identities: Lie, My, and Ultimate

To truly embrace the “Be” part of the framework, we must first understand the different identities that we carry. Golden identifies three types of identities:
Lie-dentity: This is the identity that is formed from all the negative things that people have told us about ourselves. It is the voice that says, “You’re not good enough, not smart enough, not talented enough.”
My-dentity: This is the fake identity that we create to counteract the “lie-dentity.” It is the mask we wear to make people think we are more than we believe we are.
Ultimate Identity: This is your true identity. It is who you are at your core, the person you were created to be.
To become the best version of yourself, you must shed the “lie-dentity” and the “my-dentity” and embrace your “ultimate identity.” This is not about becoming someone else; it is about becoming more of who you already are.
Crafting Irresistible Offers

So how does this all relate to your business? How does the Be, Do, Have framework help you create better offers and sell more of your products and services? The answer lies in aligning your offers with your ultimate identity and the needs of your ideal customer.
Golden provides a simple framework for creating irresistible offers:
Obsess over the problems of a specific group of people.
Identify a large group of people with a big problem and deep pockets.
Create an elegant, efficient, and effective solution to that problem.
It is important to note that “deep pockets” does not necessarily mean wealthy. It simply means that the person has enough resources, whether it be time, money, or attention, to solve the problem they are facing. Your offer should be tailored to meet them where they are.
Your Step-by-Step Guide to Transformation
Now it is time to put these concepts into practice. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you on your journey of transformation:
Step 1: Define Your “Ultimate Identity.” Take some time to reflect on who you are at your core. What are your values? What are your passions? What is your purpose?
Step 2: Identify Your “Lie-dentity” and “My-dentity.” What are the negative beliefs that are holding you back? What are the false personas that you are projecting to the world?
Step 3: Align Your “Doing” with Your “Being.” Once you have a clear understanding of your ultimate identity, you can start to align your actions with that identity. What are the things that you need to start doing, or stop doing, to become the person you were created to be?
Step 4: Re-evaluate Your Offers. Look at your current offers through the lens of the Be, Do, Have framework. Are they aligned with your ultimate identity? Are they solving a real problem for a specific group of people? Are they priced appropriately?
Conclusion
The journey to becoming the best at what you do is not about competing with others; it is about becoming the best version of yourself. It is about embracing your ultimate identity, aligning your actions with that identity, and creating a life and business of purpose and abundance. The Be, Do, Have framework is not just a formula for success; it is a roadmap for transformation. Start your journey today.
That’s all for now,
Christel
