Day 0: Prepare for the 30-Day Launch Booster

Today I spent the morning with Romeo and the time felt extra special. As much as I’m missing meeting with the community in the morning, it’s been nice to have this time to really reflect on the past few months as I also prepare for what’s coming. This is an iterative process that requires experimentation, assessment, analysis and constant re-design.

Tomorrow we begin the 30-Day Launch Booster which is a self-paced challenge that will give you the step-by-step plan you need to successfully launch. I’ve created a blueprint of “check points” that if implemented will pretty much guarantee results. And the whole thing is gamified so you are rewarded for making progress and passing “check points.”
