Podcast coming Summer 2026
Hello {{first_name | EduCreator}},.
Welcome to the first edition of the Founder Roundup. Every Friday, my team and I will put together a collection of resources and share “live build” content with you. I’ll always start with a personal note from me because I believe in the power of story telling to build community and tie everything together.
The teacher in me can’t help but squeeze in a mini lesson, so after a note from me, you’ll see my favorite “educational video” that I’m currently digesting. I’ll share the original content source as well as some notes from me.
After this, I’ll share what we’re currently building, what tools we’re using, client work showcase, upcoming events and experiences, and free tools built by me, Christel, creator of this publication AI for EduCreators and Founder of Bliss House Media.

A Note from Me
You may have noticed that this newsletter has not been nearly as active the last couple of months. I have active newsletter seasons and more inactive seasons where I do my best to get out at least one post a week.
At the beginning of this year, I made the huge decision (with expert guidance) to bring back my first brand, Bliss House, but this time I would focus on female founders and leaders specifically.
The EduCreator Community (this newsletter) was created for creators and entrepreneurs who are building community and monetizing their knowledge. I’ve seen hundreds of people, from homeschooling moms and “tech-phobic” educators, use AI and the power of human connection through community, to earn revenue online. Something that seemed impossible at one point.
Now it’s time to take it to the next level by focusing on designing and selling high ticket offers for the ideal client using the signature offer triangle framework: 1) Strategy 2) Implementation and 3) Support.
Mini-Lessons: The Art of Sales and Communication
Mini Lesson #1: Emotional Leadership
High ticket sales is not about pushing harder. It is about leading someone through a bigger decision with clarity, confidence, and trust.
Shelby Sapp says the human element matters most when the offer is over $3,000:
“Anything where you have to do a high ticket deal... you’re leading someone through a purchase decision of over $3,000, they need to talk to a human.”
That is the first lesson. Premium clients do not just need information. They need emotional leadership.
Mini Lesson #2: The best salespeople listen more than they talk
Shelby’s most direct sales advice is simple:
“You shut up. You literally shut up.”
She explains that too many people lose deals because they get a small yes and keep talking. Every extra detail creates another chance for the buyer to disagree. Her rule is 80 and 20. The client should talk 80% of the time. The seller should talk 20%, mostly through questions.
For founders selling high ticket offers, this means stop over explaining the offer. Ask better questions.
Mini Lesson #3: Sell the gap between where they are and where they want to be
In luxury sales, Shelby says you are not just selling a product. You are selling the gap:
“You’re selling the gap between where somebody is versus where they want to be.”
That means your job is to understand their current state first. What is not working? What are their numbers? What is the problem costing them?
Then you move into future state questions:
“In a perfect world, this partnership works out. Take me through that.”
The key is not the number itself. It is what the number makes possible. More revenue may mean paying the team, taking home more income, or finally having breathing room.
That is the emotional reason behind the sale.
What We’re Building
This month, I’ve been building several pieces of the Bliss House ecosystem, and they all connect to one bigger vision:
Helping founders, creators, and service providers turn their ideas into beautiful, useful, revenue-generating media platforms.
A lot of this is being built with tools like Lovable and Manus, which makes it possible to move from idea to working landing page, dashboard, tool, or community experience much faster.
Here’s what’s currently in motion and the tools I’m using to build:
LAUNCH Pad
LAUNCH Pad is designed for founders who are ready to build a real sales and marketing system around their high-ticket offer.
The goal is to help founders move from scattered ideas and inconsistent content into a clear ecosystem that supports visibility, authority, lead generation, and conversion.
Inside LAUNCH Pad, we focus on:
Clarifying the high-ticket offer
Building the founder’s positioning
Creating newsletter and content systems
Designing launch experiences
Supporting weekly accountability
Using AI to speed up strategy, content, and execution
This is where founders start turning their knowledge and expertise into a structured business engine that generates consistent monthly revenue.

Virtual Beauty Bar: Mother’s Day Special
The Virtual Beauty Bar is a new beauty and wellness experience designed for women who want personal support with skincare, beauty routines, confidence on camera, and everyday self-care.
Right now I’m doing a Mother’s Day special: if you purchase a gift certificate in $25 increments, I’ll curate a special, personalized experience to go along with the gift.
Each gift of $75 or more includes a virtual beauty and wellness appointment where the recipient can receive:
Personalized skincare and beauty support
Makeup guidance for everyday confidence
A wellness check-in
Product and shopping recommendations
A beautiful email invitation to schedule on her own time
A mailed “get ready” gift bag with samples and surprises
This is part of a bigger vision for blending beauty, wellness, relationship-building, and digital experiences.
Beauty & Brains Community

The Beauty & Brains community brings together women who care about creating with confidence, living well, entrepreneurship, visibility, and personal growth.
We’re designing experiences where women can connect, build deeper relationships, create content, grow their brand, and feel supported in the process.
The community is becoming the home for:
Beauty and wellness experiences
Founder-focused workshops
Content creation days
Small-group connection
Digital tools and assessments
Events that blend strategy, self-care, and visibility
This is the flagship community inside the larger Bliss House ecosystem.
What We’re Building With
This week’s tools behind the scenes:

Landing page for our first experience

The Founder Revenue Dashboard

Community Directories
Lovable has been my main tool for quickly turning ideas into live digital experiences.
I’ve been using it to build:
Landing pages
Community pages
Event pages
Free tools
Dashboards
Offer pages
RSVP flows
Founder-facing digital experiences
What I love about Lovable is that it helps move ideas out of my head and into something people can actually use.
Manus has also been helpful for research, planning, and organizing bigger builds.
I’m using it as part of the strategy process when I need support gathering information, thinking through structure, and preparing assets for new pages or campaigns.
The real power is not just the tool itself.
It’s knowing how to pair the right tool with the right stage of the build. I always use Manus before building in Lovable.
Experiences
The Bliss House ecosystem is being built through real experiences, not just content.
Each event is designed to help women and founders connect, create, learn, and leave with something useful.
Let’s take a look back at our first 2 experiences:
Experience #1: The Founders Residence

On February 25th, 15 women came together for an overnight experience of masterminding, content creation, and connection in a beauty photo-ready Miami Estate.
Founders Residence was designed as a space where women could gather and experience connection opportunities plus business support in one environment.
The event brought together the energy of a mastermind, a beauty bar, a content studio, and a founder networking space.
This is the kind of experience I want to keep building:
Beautiful, strategic, useful, and relationship-centered.
Experience #2: The Founder Get Ready Experience

On Saturday, April 25th my co-host Chandelle and I hosted the first official Beauty & Brains experience where founders and leaders came together to “get ready” with a custom skin care and beauty routine before creating content and making connections.
This will be a monthly content creation day with the Beauty Bar available to help creators feel confident on camera.
The Next Experience: Poolside Mastermind

The next layer of the experience ecosystem is the Poolside Mastermind.
This is a beauty and brains style experience designed for founders who want focused strategy, intentional connection, content creation, and a beautiful environment to think bigger about what they’re building.
It includes space for:
Strategic mastermind work
Content creation
Beauty bar sessions
Small-group connection
Founder visibility
High-ticket offer support
This is part of the larger vision for creating experiences that help founders solve expensive problems in a condensed amount of time
Free Tools
Here are two free tools you can use right now.
Signature Offer Builder
If you are working on your offer, this is a great place to start.
The Signature Offer Builder helps you think through what you sell, who it is for, what problem it solves, and how to position it more clearly.
Use this if you are ready to stop offering random services and start shaping a clear, valuable offer that your audience can understand.
Personalized Beauty Report
The Personalized Beauty Report is designed to help you better understand your beauty and skincare needs.
It gives recommendations based on your current routine, goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
This is part of the Virtual Beauty Bar experience and gives you a simple way to begin your beauty and wellness journey before booking a session.
What My Clients Are Building
One of my favorite parts of this work is helping clients turn their ideas, missions, and communities into stronger digital platforms.
EFNC

EFNC is continuing to build a stronger digital presence to support its environmental justice work, community education, and resident engagement.
The website and newsletter work are part of a bigger effort to make information easier to access, easier to share, and easier for the community to act on.
This is a great example of how digital infrastructure can support real-world organizing and community impact.
Coach Mo’s Digital Headquarters

Mo’s new homepage is part of a larger brand and visibility build.
The goal is to create a clearer digital presence that communicates who he helps, what he offers, and why his work matters.
A strong digital brand should help the right people understand the value quickly and feel invited to take action.
