Welcome back to the Founder Roundup where I share a behind-the-scenes look at what I’m building, what I’m learning, and the tools, events, and experiences shaping the work.

A Note from Me

Last week was a big one for me… I moved into the new Bliss House Studios! 🥳

I started my entrepreneur journey exactly 10 years ago in a beautiful townhouse in DC, but after a series of life events and the 2020 global lockdown, I took my business completely online.

This major shift in how people were connecting, along with the introduction of AI 3 years later, single-handedly catapulted my online business to a level I could have never imagined.

I’ve built 4 online communities, launched over 7 newsletters for myself and my clients, and have helped founders in all types of industries, from non-profit leaders to startup tech founders, optimize AI to grow and get precious time back. And one thing I’ve learned is:

Anyone with expertise can use AI + unique knowledge/skills to create high-ticket offers that solve problems for businesses and brands.

Today’s mini lesson breaks down how everything is changing. No longer can people just depend on vanity metrics (ie. follower count) to earn revenue and grow online (thank God). With the opportunity AI presents, the value we can offer is limitless.

Mini Lesson: The New Way to Make Money Online

People are not buying your course, your community, your workbook, or your modules.

They are buying the outcome those things create.

Omar says it clearly:

“If you are working on the wrong thing, you’ll be wasting your time.”

The real shift is to stop selling the container and start selling what the buyer actually wants.

Sell Acceleration, Not Information

The first thing people pay for is speed.

Omar says:

“The first thing people are willing to pay for is acceleration. People are willing to pay for speed.”

This is why a promise like launch your podcast in under 30 days is stronger than how to start a podcast.

The first one sells a clear result in a specific timeline.

The second one sounds like homework.

He adds:

“If you can promise a speed of outcome, people will be more likely to pay more or even just pay for the thing.”

For high-ticket offers, speed matters because premium buyers are not just buying help.

They are buying time back.

Sell Transformation, Not the Course

The most lucrative thing to sell is transformation.

Omar says:

“The third thing people pay for is a transformation.”

A transformation is not just access to lessons.

It is who the buyer becomes after the work is done.

He explains that content quality, communication, and presentation can change how people perceive you:

“People perceive you as an industry expert. People respect you because the quality of your content creates the quality of your life.”

That is the high-ticket lesson.

Your offer should move someone from their current identity into a more valuable future identity.

Sell Organization, Proximity, and Identity

People can find almost anything for free.

That does not mean they want to figure it out alone.

Omar shares a quote from Rory Vaden:

“People don’t buy information, but they buy organization of information.”

That means your offer becomes more valuable when you organize the path, remove confusion, and give people the right steps in the right order.

People also pay for proximity and identity.

Omar explains that proximity is about access:

“We’re not paying for music. We’re paying to get close.”

And identity is about who the buyer wants to become:

“People pay for identity. We all, like most of our purchases, is a reflection of our identity.”

This is why high-ticket offers need strong identity language.

People do not just want a program.

They want to become:

  • The premium founder

  • The master communicator

  • The six-figure consultant

  • The authority in their space

  • The nonprofit leader with systems that support the mission

  • The creator whose ideas finally have a business model

Founder Takeaway

The new way to make money online is not to build a course in isolation and hope people buy it.

It is to build an offer around what people already pay for:

  • Acceleration

  • Transformation

  • Organization

  • Proximity

  • Identity

  • Community

  • Consolidation

Start with the result.

Then package the fastest, clearest path to that result.

That is what makes an offer easier to understand, easier to sell, and more valuable to the buyer.

What We’re Building

This week’s theme connects directly to what I’m building across the ecosystem.

Because the question is no longer:

“What can I create?”

The better question is:

“What outcome can I help people achieve faster, with more clarity, less confusion, and stronger support?”

That is the foundation behind everything I’m building right now.

Bliss House Studios

I am looking forward to a Fall launch date for Bliss House Studios. In the meantime, I’m building out the platform that will be the central operating system for the business.

The public facing side of this site will allow visitors to interact with curated resources for founders such as articles, AI tools, a directory of professionals supporting founders, and local events that provide growth opportunities.

The built-in app will allow members to log in, connect with each other, build a brand profile, and rent the studio to create content or schedule an in-person strategy session with me.

I’m excited to share the site any day now! Just need to clean up a few areas.

Content Operating System

I had a big problem I needed to solve for myself and my clients: the ability to publish high quality content DAILY, in a variety of formats, including video, across multiple platforms.

Also, I needed this content to all point towards a specific high ticket offer and the assets supporting this offer: newsletters, podcasts, communities, etc.

And finally, this was the biggest part of the problem to solve:

I refuse to sacrifice my own personal brand voice for automation purposes.

With this in mind, I built a Founder Visibility Operating System for myself and my clients that will allow us to quickly organize and upload bulk content written in our own voice using a knowledge base that knows our brand and offer.

And with one click, a status change from “review” to “approved,” the post is scheduled to be published in Buffer! Huge time saver and the reason I’m posting so much more content.

Videos, Videos, and more Videos

I recently invested in a laptop. The old one is literally hanging on by a charging cord. It only works if it’s plugged in making it a desktop. A very slow one.

This allowed me to finally download Descript and use it to edit videos.

I’ve since gone down the rabbit hole of repurposing my long form video content from group coaching calls with my Launch Pad program to sales calls and impromptu video tutorials.

LAUNCH Pad is helping founders turn scattered expertise into a clear offer, content system, and launch infrastructure. Each week, we meet to work out way through the LAUNCH framework.

In the video above, I share the story of One Click Course Creator, my first AI tool that went viral a couple months after ChatGPT was introduced to the public.

What We’re Building With

This week, the tools behind the scenes continue to support faster building, clearer thinking, and stronger execution.

Descript

My YouTube account is finally growing. My LinkedIn is seeing more video content.

My new favorite AI tool is Descript, which is a video editing tool that allows you to use the transcript to edit. Their native AI is also very powerful for creating short clips and other content from videos.

Experiences

Experiences are becoming one of the strongest parts of the ecosystem because they turn ideas into atmospheres, relationships, content, and momentum.

A great experience is not just an event.

It is a transformation container.

It helps people leave with more clarity, more confidence, more direction, and more connection than they had before.
