Happy Tuesday EduCreator!

When EduCreator LIVE started (January 2024) it was a daily space hosted M-F at 9amEST. This is how we grew as a community (almost 400 members now) and how the Founder program began. My vision was always to hand over the reigns, or mic (Host spot), to our EduCreators. This was their show, I was just getting it started.
During Season 2, we had regular co-hosts from the Founder Crew and the Space topic was on brand. I still hosted but I started to really collaborate with my Founders on a deeper level during Season 2.
When Season 3 launched, the full vision was officially brought to life. The Founders are the hosts and the topics are up to them. I’m there as a partner and co-host, helping with promo (with the AVAs of course) before the space begins.
This has at times been challenging for me. I’ve had to work hard sometimes at not taking things personally when I’m “co-hosting” but the space is not going how I’d want it to go. This is how I stop myself from getting offended:
Take nothing personal.
The rewards have far exceeded the challenges and I’m so grateful for our hosts and our whole community. They are the most supportive humans I’ve EVER met!
