How to Build Your Founder Cohort

Happy Monday EduCreator,

My first founder cohort was built on the Clubhouse platform. I was working with a coach who gave me step by step instructions for how to launch this. I did it and it worked. I called these founders “OGs.”

I made a lot of mistakes with my first founder program. Firsts can be messy and this one did not disappoint. We completely switched platforms, from Clubhouse to X, and collaborated with a Web3 community that turned out to be very different than what we thought we were signing up for.

From January to March, I launched the first season of EduCreator LIVE, a show dedicated to creating a platform for creators on X to grow and connect, with the support of 3 OGs: MoNique, Stephanie, and Lucia. I also wrote a daily newsletter for the first season, which was 60 episodes straight.

During this time, I designed and built my second founder program: EduCreator Founder. We now have 40 Founders and we are building an agency together of independent consultants and micro-agencies.
