Happy Thursday EduCreator!

The OCC Community started on Clubhouse early 2023. When Clubhouse changed their platform and become less “creator friendly,” we decided to migrate over to Spaces on X so we could continue to build on a social audio platform. January of this year, me and a few of the OGs (MoNique, Stephanie, and Lucia) started another community called the EduCreators. We are almost 400 strong!

Every month, for the last 8 months, we host a community launch event. This is a time for all of us to come together and share what we are working on, promote a new offer, build a new alpha group, or launch a new newsletter. Everyone has something to share and we want to hear from you!

This month will be another Open Mic Launch event which means we’re looking for any talent you want to share with us as well. Last month, some of our Founders really showed up! We had a piano performance by Dan Roeder, were serenaded by Cameron, and were blown away by Justin’s freestyle rap. Think of it like a “grown up” talent show where we also talk about our business/project.

Meet Hendo AI - @HendoAi

I added Hendo to one of my first lists when I joined X a year ago and it was one of the simplest, best decisions I’ve ever made. Since then we have hosted a ton of spaces together and published almost 40 live video episodes of Get AI Creative and Daybreak.

Having someone like Hendo by my side and as a leader in the community has been such a huge blessing. He’s so much more than a highly talented creative director and AI video artist, he’s a true friend and loyal supporter. Please follow him if you aren’t already.

Friends of Daybreak: Video Cohort

Hendo and I did hosted almost 40 livestream video spaces between Get AI Creative, a video show with Alex Northstar, and Daybreak, our pride and joy show all about X Creators, news/updates and AI. We are taking a short break from going live and making room for an exciting new show with HENDO! Stay tuned…

Our video cohort, which we are lovingly calling “Friends of Daybreak” is growing with over 60 members and is totally free to join. We will be having another meet up soon to work on our video projects and introduce an exciting 30 day challenge.
