Hello {{first_name | EduCreator}},

I left my 10 year career in the school system in 2017 and started my first business and lifestyle wellmess brand, Bliss House. It started as a bed and breakfast.

I’m now almost hitting another decade, but this time as an entrepreneur. So I’ve spent almost as much time earning my own revenue as I did in a career. The combined experience has served me quite well and also given me an undeniable advantage.

At some point I realized that people will assume success happens overnight for some people. The very few and the very special.

I resent this idea.

I’m not saying I’m not special, but I am saying that just like every other human made by God, I am some parts special and other parts “special” special. Without Jesus, I’m the hottest mess.

We all are.

I’m still learning and still fumbling, almost on a daily basis. And this is the part of my story I don’t ever really share. The fumbling part.

I choose not to “fail in public,” only to build in public.

Because I am loud by nature, people are going to see what works and what doesn’t work with me, right there in the spotlight. It’s all an experiment until something hits and can be replicated.

When I’m struggling now, and this has been the biggest “life hack,” I go directly to God and He will often send me a mentor, guide, resource, or a good friend. Sometimes he doesn’t send me anything but a Word and it’s more than enough.

I love writing this newsletter. It’s the one place I’ll go now and really pour it out. Even share the story of the struggle. Whatever is on my heart and my mind.

These days I’m thinking about how solo it can be headed to the top. And that’s by design. We need less outside voices when our lives become really meaningful and purpose driven.

And we certainly don’t need to expose our weak spots to people that aren’t rooting for us, but only lurking in the background.

Build a community you can share your story with and let everyone watch the growth and success.

Today’s lesson is about why I think everyone should have a newsletter and tell their story to their community. I pray everyone experience this for themselves and if they feel called, turn it into a full business as I have.

Before we go any further, let’s check out these words from today’s sponsors. Thank you so much for supporting the partners of this newsletter.

Meet America’s Newest $1B Unicorn

It just surpassed a $1B valuation, joining private US companies like SpaceX and OpenAI. Unlike those companies, you can invest in EnergyX today. Industry giants like General Motors and POSCO already have. Why? EnergyX’s tech can recover 3X more lithium than traditional methods. Now, they’re preparing 100,000+ acres of lithium-rich Chilean land for commercial production. Buy private EnergyX shares alongside 40k+ people at $11/share through 2/26.

AI Alone Can’t Run Revenue

Finance doesn’t run on “mostly right.” It runs on math.

In The Architecture Behind AI-Native Revenue Automation, Tabs’s CTO breaks down why LLMs alone aren’t enough—and what it actually takes to build audit-ready, AI-driven contract-to-cash systems for modern B2B teams.

Why Everyone Should Start a Newsletter

Writing clears my head.
It helps me think.
It feels therapeutic.

But it’s not just therapeutic, it’s transformational.

And I think everyone should start a newsletter to get their writing published and grow an audience no one can take away from you.

Not because it is trendy.
Not because it is a marketing tactic.
But because it changes you.

And it changes the people you write to.

Writing Creates Clarity

When you write consistently, something powerful happens.

You start organizing your thoughts.
You start noticing patterns.
You start refining what you actually believe.

Most people live in mental noise.

Writing forces focus.

A newsletter gives you a container for that focus.

One place where you can think in public, process in real time, and invite others into the journey.

You do not need to be a professional writer.
You do not need to be poetic.
You do not even need to write every word yourself.

We live in a time where AI can help you outline, refine, and structure your ideas.

But the thinking?
The lived experience?
The conviction?

That still comes from you.

Step Into 2026 With The Complete Intranet Buyer’s Guide

If your employees waste time searching for information or juggling disconnected tools, it’s time for a better approach. Haystack’s 2026 Intranet Buyer’s Guide shows you exactly what to look for in a modern platform, so you can streamline comms and empower your teams.

A Newsletter Is a Community Engine

One of the biggest shifts in my own journey was realizing that a newsletter is not just content.

It is a community hub.

It is a direct line.

It is the only platform where you truly own the relationship.

A newsletter does that.

Because when you write consistently:

  • You attract people who resonate with your thinking

  • You build trust through repetition

  • You create shared language

  • You give people a place to belong

Community is not built through one viral post.

It is built through repeated conversations.

A newsletter is that conversation.

Writing Fuels Collective Growth

When you write to your community, you are not just teaching.

You are learning out loud.

You are clarifying ideas together.

You are shaping perspective in real time.

When someone replies to your email and says:

I needed this today.

That is not just validation.

That is collective growth.

You grow because you wrote it.
They grow because they read it.
And now you are building momentum together.

That is powerful.

You Do Not Have to Do It Alone

If writing feels intimidating, that is normal.

Most aspiring newsletter founders feel overwhelmed at the beginning .

They think:

What would I even write about?
Who would read this?
Am I qualified?

But here is the truth.

You already have lived experience.
You already have lessons.
You already have perspective.

And now, you also have tools.

AI can help you:

  • Brainstorm outlines

  • Turn voice notes into drafts

  • Refine messy paragraphs

  • Generate headline options

It does not replace you.

It supports you.

The future belongs to founders who combine human experience with intelligent tools.

Start Before You Feel Ready

If writing has been therapeutic for me, it can be transformational for you.

Start small.

Write once a week.
Write to 5 people.
Write to 50.
Write to 500.

Do not wait until you feel like an expert.

Write as you grow.

Because one day you will look back and realize:

Your newsletter did not just build an audience.

It built you.

And in the process, it helped build others too.

That is why everyone should start one.

That’s all for now,

Christel
