What’s the problem?

There are so many tools and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the options. This is why the most experienced users of AI will recommend finding the tools you need to meet your goals, getting to know them well, and avoid shiny object syndrome. It’s fun to try out different tools, just try not to get distracted.

My favorite AI tool workflow is one that allows me to grow my email list and community on X by creating high value content that is personalized and set on automation mode. Here’s what I’m using:

Step 1: use the automated poll feature in Beehiiv to give your subscribers learning choice

Step 2: use the Educational Email Course Creator GPT to create 5 day personalized sequences, all automated based on poll response

Step 3: use Perplexity to supplement for any additional content and research needed
