What's Your Love Personality?

In general, dating apps suck. They are all about hook up culture, usually lack transparency (hence the high rate of catfishing), and are focused more on superficial standards rather than cultivating deep, meaningful relationships.

I met my son’s father on Hinge and although he gave me the greatest blessing of my life, it took 4 years to realize he was never going to marry me. It also took me about that long to realize I wanted to be married in the first place.

I have God to thank for this realization. If it were up to me, I would have settled for a romance-less relationship just to keep my son’s parents together. But when you surrender your life to Jesus, the Holy Spirit moves in and the heart becomes convicted in ways you would never imagine.

I took a vow of celibacy a little over a year ago and acknowledged the very real desire God had placed on my heart for a husband. I started 2025 saying that I felt like I was going to meet my husband this year, and maybe even on the platform I spend so much time on (X).

Fast forward 8 months later and I’m building the first ever “anti-dating” love app, focused on singles looking to mingle, those healing from love, couples building towards marriage, and married couples looking to strengthen their union.
