My father has always been an entrepreneur, but most of my life, it didn’t seem very appealing. And he wasn’t around much as a child (now we have an amazing relationship). Point is, nobody handed me a roadmap. For years, I believed business success was for the “1%” — the people with money, connections, and privilege.

But I also knew something else:

Regular people have extraordinary knowledge inside them. They have expertise, stories, wisdom, and lived experience that deserve to be shared and monetized.
