When I first joined X in August, and I only had about 38 followers, I immediately started working with a coach. I realized I was in totally new territory and I needed to quickly learn otherwise I was going to drown. I had just left Clubhouse after building over there for a couple years. X (formerly Twitter) was a different world for me. A much bigger world with more opportunity, but it’s own rules to the game that I had to learn asap.

I built a full business as a content creator on Clubhouse. I never imagined they would change the very core of their mission and technology, leaving creators without the proper tools to grow an audience. My live rooms went from 150-200 people to 10 if I was lucky and it was all because they changed discoverability. I had to find a whole new platform to build on (I didn’t have an active email list at the time), which was like being laid off from a job and needing to find a new one. Except the pay with the new one isn’t guaranteed.

To have 23 people sign up for our EduCreator Mastermind is confirmation that everything I’ve been learning and implementing is working. This is only the beginning. The value will only continue to go up from here and it will do so exponentially. That’s the magic of the “3rd Brain” that’s being created, as Waleed reminded us.

To begin, make sure you are focused on growing an email list and getting a clear sense of your “Big Purpose.” This will be the foundation and core of your mastermind group. Once you have the foundation laid, consider following these steps and resources to build your high-value mastermind.

To build a high-value mastermind group, you should follow these key steps based on the search results:

1. Set Standards for Membership: 

Establish criteria for joining your mastermind to ensure alignment among members who contribute value to each other.

2. Attract New Members through Referrals:

Referrals are a valuable way to attract like-minded clients to your mastermind group. Ask friends, colleagues, and peers for recommendations.

3. Establish Ground Rules: 

Immediately set clear ground rules for the group regarding meeting frequency, duration, member limits, new member criteria, and evaluation processes.

4. Create a Clear Meeting Agenda:

Develop a structured meeting agenda that includes updates on goals, problem-solving sessions, and open forums for discussion to keep sessions focused and productive.

5. Designate a Group Leader:
