#45: Today was EduCreator LIVE Day 50!

Happy Friday EduCreator!

I spent my 20s learning how to stop being sick. From gut and fertility issues, to emotional dysregulation and so much in between, I was constantly in a state of irritability and discomfort. I was also teaching and coaching teachers in one of the worst schools in America, so the anxiety on top of everything only made my health conditions worse.

I stopped going to the doctor because that wasn’t working. I watched hundreds of YouTube videos, read many books, and finally found what worked.

For years, my diet was very restricted and I learned how to eat super clean. My food basically had to come straight from the earth. No processed foods and sugar because the root of all evils. At one point, I was even getting my meat delivered directly from a local farm. Expensive but very worth it.

One by one, all of my ailments started going away: the acne, the PCOS, the anxiety, the IBS, everything. My mind started to clear as well and once I left the school system, even though life got harder in some ways as an entrepreneur, my heath radically improved.

Why am I sharing this? Because wellness and education are both at the core of my mission and BIG vision. Advanced technology is how we make well-being and knowledge expansion accessible to as many people as possible.
